When I sat on the bench I listened to the instructor what to do first we listened and she showed us the harness we have to see if there are three c’s. Second, we don't have to do tight enough.

I didn’t want to move so I went to the middle but I didn't want to do a challenge, I just wanted to get off. When i had to go down I didn’t want to go down because i thought i was going to fall flat on my face, so i went backward and bent down and when i bent down i went down and when i made it to the floor i wasn’t scared.

As i walk to the ladder my heart start to beat when i put my leg on the ladder my heart start beat faster and faster  when i was climbing up i start to take a deep breath when i make it to the stable i climb up more and more when i made it to the beam i was scared to fall and when i was at the top i start to hold to the pole i started to go to the next pole and stop there for a second i started to go to the middle, I felt proud that I was doing more than I thought I could.

I felt proud that I had done this challenge.

I thought I was gonna fall and I was so scared that the pole was so high and i didnt want to get down. When I walked to the other pole I was scared to fall so I held the rope to go to the other side when I made it to the other side. I didn't want to go to the other side, I didn't want to move.
